  • We will work for you to sell your home for the highest net proceeds, always striving to make it a positive experience.
  • Communication is priority. We will keep you informed of feedback of showings and any market changes.  We provide weekly updates of new listings and pending sales and also provide monthly market updates tailored specifically for your home.
  • We will present all offers to you immediately and assist in evaluating and negotiating them in your best interest.
  • We will assist and counsel you in contract negotiations for the sale of your  home.  We will assist you, advise you, and help you navigate the transaction legally and safely. 
  • We will monitor progress toward closing when a contract is accepted, and in conjunction with our closing department, will make sure the paperwork is processed timely and thoroughly. After the contract is validated, the buyer will schedule inspections (at buyer’s expense). You as the Seller will need to provide a title commitment to the buyer to verify you have a marketable title. This expense is paid by the seller and will be paid at closing. Once the inspection negotiations and title commitment are satisfied, the buyer’s lender will order the appraisal (at buyer’s expense). 
  • We will stay in contact with the Buyer’s Agent to make sure the process is  proceeding smoothly.
  • We will be present at closing to assure a successful conclusion!
  • We will adhere to The Code of Ethics of the National Association of Realtors.
  • And of course, we will at all times act with your best interests in mind to make  the sale of your current home a very smooth, positive experience.
